Oh, this feels fun! New decennium and all. Last year was an awesome year in music that we unfortunately weren’t a part of. This year will be different. A nice start for you who like our music is that we will leak a brand new song on Youtube on the first of february. Yes, you heard right. 
It feels a bit wrong to write the first entry of a new year without summarizing the last one. So I will mention a few words that summarizes my year and maybe a bit of Augusts aswell.

Hello u,
I’ve always wanted cheesiness (in the honest and good way) to be aloud in Xmas time and it should be encouraged as well. So, to state an example I here give u my contribution:
Don’t eat meat since it could be your great-great-grandparent, make your mom feel special and your dad as well if he is capable to feel those things and if he’s not, make him ready for your love next Xmas in some way. Admit your faults or some of them to a near-dear person and if you don’t have any friends tell it to a mirror or to us if it doesn’t work out with the mirrorthing. And think of the less fortuned people with honest compassion. And please do something with your life soon if u haven’t done it yet. Its now or never!
It would make so much sense to give you a Christmas present now, but I couldn’t decide what to give you. Its hard to know what to give someone that you don’t really know! But give us maybe a month or so and we should have made our minds up.

Mina damer&herrar,
I was planning to give u all a taste of my love for dark humour last Friday, it was Friday 13th and all! My evil plan was to pronounce Leos tragic death and set the date for the release of his memorial album: “last recordings” (I also love to talk about plane crashes during takeoff and landings, it’s quite childish, I knooooow! but it’s with l – o – v – e).
As I was opening my computer to write the post the whole apartment started to vibrate, I was like – Oh my god! Maybe there is a god after all that heard my unholy plan and wanted to punish me, in advance.. U have to remember that in Stockholm earthquakes never happens. But as I listened to the sound of glasses hitting each other just like in the movies I remembered that they are building a tunnel or something underneath my house, so all good then if…
But no, a few minutes later a young boy fell into the see and drowned just where I live. I don’t know if it was god that did it, but if god did it – u made a bad joke, dude!
I felt really bad about it and when the family and friends had had some kind of last good bye moment thing I went down to the place where they had put the flowers and his picture and “gave” him a bottle of coke and the largest chocolate bar I could find. Maybe he could use it on the journey, I thought. But it was untouched 5 days later so maybe he’s still here and I don’t know.. haunting people? Well, if it was my bad thoughts that killed him I hope the gift made up for it.
So, there u have the reason for the silence.
And for the confession pt II, we have been making new songs again. I know both Leo and I have been writing that it is all done, ready, finished, but u know its too much fun.
We have also been talking a lot of how to make music sound phaaaat(obese?). I really like to fantasise how Im doin it but it never becomes true, of course. Do you know how to make big fat sounding music? Please tell us!! Most of all I would like to know what a person that doesn’t do music at all thinks. Send us a Mail!!!!

Yo!
I have one sincere wish in life, its not much cuz in Sweden much is many much too much! I want to be the best there is, the one everyone picks first. I want to be in the best band and I want us to do the best music that has the most delicious sound and mixing techniques in the whole wide world. I say, thank you for letting me live my dream!

This morning made my day. joke. But true, this morning I got the final ok from the Swedish version of president Obama, king Carl XVI Gustaf.
I’m going to get a budget of $1 million, my project is to take pictures of men and women around the world from their shoulders and down. Comeon Sweden! and give me all of your amazingness over and over again, don’t understand why not everyone in the whole world want to live here. When I’m done it’s going to be a big exhibition at the royal castle!!!
Well, this was not a true story, it was last nights dream. When you’re almost at the finishline of a huge thingie your brain can do strange stuff to you.
Still, dreams are cool stuff so I got to obey! I have to start collecting pictures of people without heads.

Just back from a slightly bromantic weekend in Berlin with August. We played records on Friday night and on Saturday we went to visit the DDR-museum, applied peel-off face masks and played pool. Dj-ing was actually big fun this time. People were dancing thru the set and in my opinion we acted very professional.
This week we are in the studio mixing again with Tommy Andersson. A great guy. Really professional. He used to have long hair, but now he has really short hair. That’s always a bit hard to get used too, but other than that we are working better together for every session.
We are now done mixing five songs and will do a couple more this week to finish the work next week! Which means that it’s a matter of days til our second album is finished!
I have no idea how it will feel like when we are done. Maybe a combination of emptiness and relief. Anyway we have some loose plans on what to do next. Some collaborations and side-projects are tempting.
What are your plans for this fall?

I can finally say yes, a yes without a single doubt in the lower parts of my brain. I feel it, I know it & I hear it. Its not totally finished but we are doing major improvements or maybe I should say moving forward with giant steps, towards it………………… yes what? Well, its for me to know and you to find out!

Dear friends,
its always an honor to write a post on this blogg to you. I want reading it to be a great experience and something to look forward to. Kind of the feeling when the rain has been pouring for 6 days, 6 nights and almost at the end of day seven the sun suddenly breaks thru the black clouds.. the smell of a brand new era, something newborn and of course all the polar bears finally will go back into the forest.
anyway, it’s been bizzy week in the studio, finalized a new song starting with another one and rehearsing for our next gig in Belgrade, its our first time in Serbia and I look forward to it allot. A good thing with the Exit Festival, as its called, is that Kraftwerk will do a show earlier in the evening! Never seen them live before and if I meet them back stage I will ask them if they want to start a fnky RnB band with me, I tell u later how it went.
Next Sunday will include some recordings for the next S&S w LFF, Episode two can be expected within a couple weeks.
